Tropical Dining at Coconuts

Finest dining experience in Samoa

Mika’s Restaurant is the home of fresh, innovative, island cuisine, and is very often the highlight of many guests’ stay at Coconuts! We are extremely fortunate to have our good friend and partner Mike Pirics (Mika is his local Samoan name) here at Coconuts to provide us with his culinary genius. After owning and running several very popular restaurants in Hawaii, Mika decided to retreat to this new paradise, and since then, all of our palates have been so very grateful!

Many travel guides and magazines have recognized Mika’s Restaurant as the finest dining experience in Samoa, if not the entire South Pacific, and the raves from our guests are non-stop. As well as providing the freshest of local ingredients, combined with culinary expertise, Mika’s Restaurant boasts one of the finest locations and views of any restaurant in the world. Whether you choose to dine in the spacious and airy traditional Samoan dining room, on the open-air Palm Terrace, or at a table in the sand under the stars, you will surely join the large and growing list of guests who consider Mika’s Restaurant to be a highlight of your Coconuts Experience.

What People Are Saying About Coconuts

  • Dear Friends: We want to thank you a lot for the wonderful time we spent until last Sunday in your fantastic place. We enjoyed everything and now back home in a few days already miss a lot your island, your hospitality, your food (!) and your music too.

  • Just to say that two jet lagged but very happy nuts from the UK are already pining to be back in our Fale watching the sunset or enjoying one of Mika’s fabulous meals. We treasure so many memories. What fun it was. We loved our church visit – kind Lina taking us to the Catholic one and our walk back with an invitation to visit a family. I only wish I could bottle the memories and show everyone how fabulously you have created an idyll incorporating the local people and without intrusion into their way of life. Don’t let it change PLEASE and thank you Lina, Ned and Mika for looking after us so well.
